As HERS Raters who test building air tightness, we have an eye for where and how to air seal a building enclosure. We decided years ago to provide an air-sealing service to help ensure our builders pass final testing without worry. We formed 3ACH50, Inc which continues to provide this service for single and multi-family units.

We have extensive experience conducting energy audits on existing homes. As Energy Auditors we help homeowners prioritize energy efficiency measures in terms of cost effectiveness. Tim and Ian together have conducted energy audits on thousands of residences of all types for utility companies as well as private building owners.
